Your Right to Delete Your Data

Farmeerz respects your privacy and is committed to full compliance with data protection regulations, including the GDPR, and the requirements of platform partners such as Facebook / Meta. This page explains exactly how to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems.

What Data We Hold

When you use Farmeerz (including login via Facebook), we may collect and store:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, profile photo
• Farm and agricultural data linked to your account
• Usage and activity logs
• Any content you have created or uploaded on the platform

How to Request Deletion

You can request the permanent deletion of your Farmeerz account and all associated personal data through any of the following methods:

Option 1 — In-App (Recommended)

1. Sign in to your Farmeerz account at fm.farmeerz.com.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email Request

Send a deletion request to admin@farmeerz.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Happens After Deletion

• Your account and profile are immediately deactivated upon request.
• All personal data (name, email, phone, farm records, activity logs) is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.
• During the 30-day grace period, you can cancel deletion using the secure restore link sent in your deletion notice.
• Aggregated, anonymised analytics that cannot be traced back to you are not deleted.
• Certain financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law.
• Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Deletion via Facebook Login

If you used Facebook to log in to Farmeerz, revoking Farmeerz's access in your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Farmeerz → Remove) will prevent future logins. To also delete the data we hold, please follow one of the two options above.
