These terms apply to all users of Farmeerz, including farm owners, workers, partners, marketplace participants, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

To use Farmeerz, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of Farmeerz, you must create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not transfer or share your account with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Farmeerz, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of Farmeerz
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Comply with all applicable agricultural, environmental, and labor laws

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection without permission
• Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile the platform
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

Farmeerz and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws:

• All content, features, and functionality are owned by Farmeerz or its licensors
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• The Farmeerz name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Farmeerz
• User-generated content remains the property of the user
• By posting content, you grant Farmeerz a license to use, display, and distribute it

7. Farm and Farm Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your farm data and agricultural information:

• You own all data you enter about your farm, crops, livestock, and operations
• You grant Farmeerz a license to process and display this data to provide services
• You can export your data at any time
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvements
• We will not sell your farm data to third parties

8. Marketplace Terms

When using the Farmeerz Marketplace, additional terms apply:

• Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions and pricing
• Buyers and sellers interact directly; Farmeerz facilitates connections
• Farmeerz is not responsible for the quality or delivery of products
• All transactions must comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly
• Farmeerz may remove listings that violate these terms
• Payment processing fees may apply

9. Partnerships and Worker Management

For features involving partnerships and worker management:

• Farm owners are responsible for compliance with labor laws
• Partnerships are agreements between users; Farmeerz provides tools only
• Users must obtain proper consent before sharing data with partners
• Farmeerz is not liable for disputes between partners or employers/workers
• All working relationships must comply with local employment laws

10. Gamification and XP

Farmeerz includes gamification features with Experience Points (XP):

• XP has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money
• XP is awarded for platform engagement and achievements
• Farmeerz reserves the right to adjust XP rules and rewards
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit XP systems may result in account suspension
• Levels, badges, and achievements are for engagement purposes only

11. Service Availability

Farmeerz strives to provide continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access:

• Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• We will provide reasonable notice of significant service changes

12. Termination

Either you or Farmeerz may terminate your access to the platform:

• You may close your account at any time through account settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• We may terminate accounts for prolonged inactivity
• Upon termination, your access to services will cease immediately
• We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination

13. Disclaimers and Limitations

Farmeerz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content
• Use of Farmeerz is at your own risk
• We are not liable for decisions made based on platform data

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Farmeerz harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Your violation of any third-party rights

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable laws:

• Any disputes shall be resolved through applicable legal channels
• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
